This months show ties in with a show we did last year... this is the following night, and it is another great show with an equally great audio capture. Pink Floyd joins us musically for halftime, and "Bob" and myself wax poetic as always. Have fun kids!

A great show in the heart of the Old South... this one goes out to Toby from Alabama's Family. We hope you enjoy this! It wont be hard, Spring 1977 was an amazing time for the band. Our half-time show has some Little Feat from the same era. Cousin Darren calls in to further elaborate on our vetting process to ensure only the finest shows get to you guys! See y'all soon!

This week we did our first attempt at a live stream... and here are the results. Its always fun hearing from listeners about their experiences and can't wait to do it on a semi-irregular basis in the future!
This episode is about peoples first show experiences... and when they got bit by the Grateful Dead bug. We had a lot of fun. It's just under an hour, hope you enjoy it.
We WILL do some of these in the future, and it would be fun to hear from YOU!

This months podcast takes us allll the way back in the time machine to 1970. We don't end up in 1970 very often... and after hearing this show it sounds like we need to get here more often. Good stuff indeed. Since it is a one set show, myself and "Bob" dig back into the mail bag. Hope ya'll are doing well!

This months show takes us back to Cornell, for the bands impressive outing in 1981. I think they played a great show, and "Bob" agrees. For our half-time show a new friend stops by to chat: Michael Dolgushkin, co-author of DeadBase. He's got a few tales to tell here, and something tells me we all shall meet again. Enjoy the ride!

Our 10th Anniversary!
It seems like just yesterday we started podcasting to you guys and gals, and here we are TEN YEARS LATER! On behalf of "Bob", I'd like to tell you it is a pleasure bringing you guys the finest the Grateful Dead has to offer.
For this anniversary episode, we take you guys to an epic show from the Wall of Sound era. Joining us in studio is our good friend, "Cousin Darren" from Scottsdale, AZ. We discuss this months show, our podcasts history and a listen to some great tunes. For half-time we have some DJ Mango Con Chile who brought in some fine GD covers. Enjoy the show!

This month we journey with the band to an interesting Tour... the July 1987 "Dylan & The Dead" Tour. Somehow we managed to get 171 shows in before touching on this... no time like the present to journey into the past! For our 1st & 2nd Intermission, "Bob" sent over some amazing Santana from 1987 as well. Good stuff, an interesting collaboration and nearly 5 hours of programming headed your way this month! Enjoy the Ride!

I seriously cannot believe it has taken me so long to get this show to you guys... it has been in my collection (in various sources) since the very beginning of my collecting journey. It's the "Close Encounters" show from Eugene in January '78. While this jam makes the show notable, I am certain you will see that the rest of the show is worthy of your attention. Some 1977 JGB for Half-time, courtesy of "Bob"... and this months show is sure to please!

A really fun trip to July 13, 1984 at the Greek. It was a full moon, as well as a Friday The 13th... and there was a shooting star prior to the encore, which is a doozy. For our Half-time show we have some Van Halen from the Fall of 1982, a tribute to the late great Eddie Van Halen. We hope you all have a great and safe Holiday season... stay warm and don't get cooties.

This month we have quite the epic musical journey for you. An outdoor festival in the cold and mud, Bill the Drummer's birthday, and the only Dark Star > Other One on the Europe 72 Tour... of course, we are talking about The Bickershaw Festival. Joining us at half-time, Sam Cutler calls in with a bunch of really cool memories from this tour. A lot of fun on an amazing tour, hit play and check this one out!
